David has over 30 years of executive-level operations and financial management experience delivering cross-functional leadership in P&L management, IT strategies, business development, and human resources planning. He uses a hands-on, collaborative approach to help clients identify and implement changes required to resolve problems, streamline operations, and improve profitability. In particular, he enjoys “stepping into the gap” in crisis situations or on stalled projects to provide the ideas, motivation, and leadership required to get the team on track. David is a strong believer in applying data-driven decision-making techniques to all areas of business.
David developed much of his broad-based expertise during his tenure as the CFO of a rapidly growing retail chain, Managing Partner of a ground-up commercial real estate development company, and COO of a law corporation. Prior to his executive roles, David was a manager in the comprehensive professional services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he practiced for seven years.
